Access Equity Release (AER)
Brief:
AER is an equity release specialist company, who were recently voted advisor of the year 2019. The Buzz team have been contracted to work with them since their launch in spring 2018. We worked closely with the team in order to offer them PR and Marketing support by creating them a tailored strategy for their goals.

- Website design and content
With their target audience being over 50’s, we wanted to help make their website as clear and easy to use as possible. We helped in the designing process offering advise along the way.
- PR
We have been able to get AER into many well-known publications over the past year. These have comprised of interviews, mentions and articles we have helped produce. - Video production
Created multiple FAQ videos in order to quickly answer the most common equity questions so customers can get their answers faster, fully explained. - Organic Social Media
Helped set up and run relevant social media profiles for their target audience. We have both sources and produced content for these social profiles, as well as interacted and engaged with potential customers. - Facebook ads
We created cards suitable for advertisement across Facebook. These ads were closely monitored to find which were most effective. - Brochure Design and copy

Since the implementation of this strategy we continue to run their PR and marketing. We create, find and schedule content for all their social media platforms. This has led to awareness in the industry and very positive customer engagements.
